Key Insights

I had my first ablation after experiencing several Afib episodes with an RVR of 240+ at symptom onset. I have a Loop Recorder so these numbers can be verified. The procedure went well and everything seemed to be back to normal until day 11. I began having continuous PVCs in the morning that persisted in to the late afternoon. This new symptom prompted a trip to the ER as a prolonged PVC ...

Final Thoughts

My story is a bit different. I had the ablation first (Jan 2024) which has stopped my a fib. I had an RVR - rapid ventricular response. I had a pacemaker implanted February of 2024 after wearing a Zio monitor which detected bradycardia. The pacemaker also helps with my RVR. I have had my pacemaker adjusted twice for that.

I hope you find a solution to your problem.
